3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies (gluten, grain, dairy, & refined-sugar free)
3 ingredients. One bowl. Super easy. Oh so delicious.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Serves: 16
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter (I use creamy Crazy Richard's)
1 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix the peanut butter and coconut sugar in a medium-sized bowl.
Crack in the egg, mixing thoroughly.
Form the dough into 16 balls.
Place the balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and press them down with your (clean) fingers (or you can use the bottom of a cup).
Bake the cookies for 9-12 minutes! ( I bake mine for about 9 minutes because I like them soft! If you like a crispier cookie, bake them longer!)
ENJOY! Store in a sealed container for 3-4 days.
