The Easiest Chicken Chili

The easiest and seriously most delicious chicken chili!
Chicken Chili (gf, df)
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 1/2 -2 pounds cooked organic chicken, diced OR shredded ( I recommend using chicken breasts OR you can use a rotisserie chicken!)
2 cups your favorite chunky salsa
3 (15oz) cans of Great Northern (white) beans, WITH the liquid!!! ( I also use cannellini beans a lot too!)
2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a medium sized pot. Stir well.
Place the pot on the stove on simmer (or medium-low heat), allowing all the flavors to meld for 35 minutes or longer!
