Coconut Date Balls (vegan, paleo, 2 ingredients)
serves: 8 large balls or 16 bite-sized ones
Ingredients:
•12 medjool dates, pitted
• 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
Directions:
1.) Blend the dates and coconut in a food processor until they form a dough. Roll into balls or press into a parchment-lined pan.
Viola! That’s it! You can store them in the fridge or at room temp on the counter.
