5 Minute Guacamole (vegan, paleo, 5 ingredients)

Ingredients:

3 ripe avocados

3-4 garlic cloves, minced (I use 4 cloves because my family likes it garlicky!)

1/4 cup finely chopped red or white onion

1 TBS freshly chopped cilantro

1/4 tsp salt

Optional: 1/4 of lime, juiced (We don’t always have limes in our fridge, but when we do, I always add a little bit of lime juice in the guac bc it gives it the best flavor!)

Directions:

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.

  2. Using a nice and fork, cut up the avocados.

  3. Then add in the minced garlic, onion, and cilantro, and mix well.

  4. Lastly, stir in the salt (and lime juice if using).

  5. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days with plastic wrap pressed down to it to keep it from turning brown. If it does turn brown, that’s okay— it just because the avocado was exposed to air.
