Banana Pancakes (gf, df)


Serves: 2 ppl
Makes: 6 3-inch pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled or quick oats (@bobsredmill)
1 egg
1 ripe medium-sized banana
1.5 tsp baking powder
Splash of vanilla extract
1/4 cup + 1 TBS water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet/blender and blend until the batter is smooth.

  2. Cook pancakes on a heated griddle until golden brown.

    THAT’S IT! This recipe couldn’t be any simpler— seriously!
