Ingredients:
1 cup rolled or quick oats (@bobsredmill)
1 egg
1 ripe medium-sized banana
1.5 tsp baking powder
Splash of vanilla extract
1/4 cup + 1 TBS water
Directions:
Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet/blender and blend until the batter is smooth.
Cook pancakes on a heated griddle until golden brown.
