Grilled Chicken and Cheese Sandwich (ft. video tutorial)

I’m super excited to be sharing this really fun tutorial with y’all using Jumprope’s new feature specifically fit for blogs! This new feature turns the video tutorials I’ve made into blog-friendly ones. Let me know what you think of it!

GRILLED CHICKEN AND CHEESE SANDWICH

What you'll need
Bread
(2 slices)
Cheese
(One slice)
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
(1/2 pound)
Sea Salt
(1/2 tsp)
Black Pepper
(To taste)
Butter (or oil)
Avocado Oil
(1.5 tsp)
Steps

Cooking the chicken: add chix breasts to an oiled pan heated to medium high heat. Sprinkle with s&p.

Cook for 4-5 minutes (depends on thickness) on one side before flipping and finishing on the other.

Making the sandwich: Heat a pan over medium heat.

Add chicken + cheese to a slice of bread. Top with the other bread slice. Spread butter/oil on top.

Add butter (or oil) to the pan, placing the non-buttered side of the sandwich face down.

Cook both sides until golden brown and cheese has melted.
