Here are some of my favorite go-to meals for breakfast and lunch/ dinner!
BREAKFAST:
1. Yogurt and Toast
- Plain Greek yogurt (usually Chobani) mixed with whatever fruit we have on hand-- my favorite is a chopped apple because I love the crunch the apple provides!
- Food for Life Baking Ezekiel bread with some form of a healthy fat (nut butter or avocado, and sometimes both!)
2. Oatmeal Bowl:
- I love making oatmeal (1/2 cup oats cooked in 1/2 cup water) mixed with either plain Greek yogurt or collagen peptides for protein.
- I top my oatmeal with nut butter for healthy fats and some type of fruit. I love bananas and blueberries in oatmeal.
I always eat breakfast before I leave my house, buy for those rare mornings that I'm running out the door, I like grabbing:

- or a few of my Peanut Butter Energy Bites
LUNCH/DINNER:
For Lunch I love taking leftovers from dinner! Here are some ideas
- Turkey Chili
- The Easiest Chicken Chili
- Sandwich with Food For Life Baking Ezekiel bread, Applegate Roasted Turkey Breast or Ham OR a Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich with Food For Life Baking Ezekiel Bread, nut butter (Like NuttZo or Crazy Richard's)
- Baked Chicken with this Easy Spicy Chicken Sauce
- Chicken with my One Pan Asian Stir-Fry with a Peanut Sauce
- Vegetarian Tacos
- Meatless Zucchini Lasagna Rolls
